TDnet Server-Based Service

The TDnet Server-Based Service provides subscribers with disclosure information in real-time (at the time of disclosure) via dedicated communication lines set up between the JPXI's data center and the data centers of subscribers. The TDnet Server-Based Services differs from other TDnet services in that it allows subscribers to store disclosure information automatically in their own receiving servers.

Redistribution of information to third parties

Subscribers can redistribute the information via TDnet Server-Based service.


Information Vendors	Distributing the timely disclosure information via their own web site or products. Distributing the listed company’s financial data in XBRL format
Financial institution	Providing the timely disclosure information in online trading site
IR supporting company	Supporting listed companies to develop the IR sites.

Fee and Application

If you use the TDnet Server-Based Service in any of the ways shown below, TSE will require to enter a Service Agreement (even if you do not obtain information directly from TSE, you will still be required to enter into an agreement as an indirect user).

Connecting to the TDnet Server-Based Service directly.
Redistributing timely disclosure information, index information, or XBRL information to other third parties.
Receiving timely disclosure information via data feed within 15 minutes of timely disclosure from a vendor that has entered into a TDnet contract.


Initial cost	200,000JPY(per communication line, excluding tax) Besides the above, you will also be expected to cover the cost of the software. If you obtain information from the service indirectly, you will not be required to cover the initial cost.
Monthly fee	Information Fee :JPY 240,000(per server, excluding tax) Communication line fee is not included in above fee. Please ask telecommunication carriers for the line fee. In the case of indirect acquisition, the information fee is, in principle, JPY 230,000 per month (excluding tax).However, where timely disclosure information in PDF format is not provided and access is limited to viewing only index information or only XBRL data, the fee is JPY 100,000 per month (excluding tax).
Volume charge	If you distribute data received through the TDnet Server-Based Service to third parties, a volume charge may apply. Please inquire for further details.
