Dec. 26, 2025 TSE TSE Publishes “Case Studies of Companies’ Initiatives Toward Issue Resolution” Related to Management That is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) has compiled a new collection of “Case Studies of Companies’ Initiatives Toward Issue Resolution” with the aim of providing listed companies with useful references as they review and enhance their efforts toward management that is conscious of cost of capital and stock price.

TSE has received feedback from listed companies that are facing various challenges to progress, such as fostering and embedding awareness within the organization, as well as measuring and utilizing cost of capital. In this case study collection, TSE introduces initiatives that led to the resolution of such challenges, with the cooperation of the companies that implemented them.

In addition, TSE has updated “Key Points Considering The Investor’s Point of View,” first published last year, to reflect the latest examples and feedback (from 2025) gathered through discussions with over 400 investment firms.
