TSE has designated an issue as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) as follows.

| ２．Period of Designation as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) | From Mar. 8, 2016 (Tue.) to the day when TSE determines whether the ETF has fallen under the delisting criteria |
| Provision | Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1115, Paragraph 1, Item 2 (due to falling under cases where a decision concerning amendment to the trust deed of an investment trust has been made, which falls under establishment of an investment trust agreement period) |
| ３．Reason | Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management Company, Limited, the management company pertaining to YOURMIRAI TOPIX Asia Focus ETF (hereafter "the ETF"), made a decision today that it will establish an investment trust agreement period in the trust deeds of investment trusts of the ETF subject to approval of the ETF's beneficiaries, and announced such decision. If the agenda of such amendment to such trust deeds is approved by written resolution of the beneficiaries, the beneficiary certificates of the ETF will be delisted. As such, TSE deems that it is likely that the beneficiary certificates will be delisted, and designates such beneficiary certificates as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation). The early redemption of the ETF is scheduled to be conducted by payment of money. |
