TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.
１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted
| （１）Issue Name | WiZ CO.,LTD. stock (Code: 7835, Market Division: JASDAQ Standard) |
| （２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted | From Aug. 26, 2016 (Fri.) to Sep. 26, 2016 (Mon.) |
| （３）Delisting Date | Sep. 27, 2016 (Tue.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which the company should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |
| （４）Provision | Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 604-2, Paragraph 1, Item 3 (Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item 20 of the same regulations is a related rule.) (Due to falling under cases where the Exchange deems delisting as appropriate.) |
| （５）Reason | At the general shareholders meeting of WiZ CO.,LTD. (hereinafter "the Company") held today, the agenda item regarding a reverse stock split with the ratio at which the number of shares held by the shareholders (excluding BANDAI NAMCO Holdings Inc. (Code: 7832, Market Division: 1st Section )) of the Company will be a fraction less than one share was approved. |

The stock of the same company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Aug. 29, 2016 (Mon.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
