TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.
１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted
| （１）Issue Name | Takata Corporation stock (Code: 7312, Market Division: 1st Section) |
| （２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted | From Jun. 26, 2017 (Mon.) to Jul. 26, 2017 (Wed.) |
| （３）Delisting Date | Jul. 27, 2017 (Thu.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which the company should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |
| （４）Provision | Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item 7, the first sentence (due to the fact that the listed company has fallen under a case where the company's rehabilitation proceedings become necessary in accordance with the provisions of laws) |
| （５）Reason | At the board of directors meeting held today, Takata Corporation (hereinafter "the Company") has made a resolution to file a petition for the commencement of civil rehabilitation proceedings. As such, TSE has decided to delist the company's stock and designate it as a Security to Be Delisted. The company is not scheduled to apply with TSE for an examination pertaining to a reconstruction plan, etc. |

The stock of the Company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Jun. 27, 2017 (Tue.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
