ONKYO HOME ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION (hereinafter "the Company") has been placed in a grace period pertaining to delisting, because the Company had fallen into liabilities in excess of assets as of the end of the fiscal year ended March 2020.
The Company announced today that it expects to fall again into liabilities in excess of assets as of the end of the fiscal year ending March 2021.
Based on this announcement, TSE designates the stock of the Company as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) since said stock is likely to be delisted if the Company does not come out of excess liabilities within one (1) year. If TSE confirms that the Company has liabilities in excess of assets as of the end of said fiscal year based on the consolidated balance sheet in the securities report to be submitted by the Company, the stock of the Company will be delisted. |

- ･Since the Company's likelihood of having liabilities in excess of assets as of the end of the fiscal year ending March 2021 is not deemed to be due to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, the provisions of Rule 727 of the Securities Listing Regulations (related rule: Rule 725 of the same regulations) shall not be applied.
