Matters such as falling under or meeting the continued listing criteria for the new market segments are disclosed in a "plan to meet the continued listing criteria" and "reports on its progress towards the plan" in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations and published on the JPX website.
However, if the stock is designated as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) or the designation is cancelled, and if delisting is determined or the stock is designated as Securities to Be Delisted, TSE will continue to make announcements.
