| （２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted | From Apr. 23, 2025 (Wed.) to May 25, 2025 (Sun.) |
| （３）Delisting Date | May 26, 2025 (Mon.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which the stock of the company should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |
| （４）Reason （Related Clause） |
Due to submission of delisting application by Livenup Group Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") today and determination of delisting by TSE. （Special Regulations of Securities Listing Regulations Concerning Specified Listed Securities Rule 143） |
2.Treatment as Securities in Lieu of Money
The stock of the Company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Apr. 24, 2025 (Thu.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bond
