- ･The stock of the Company has been designated as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) due to the announcement made by the Company on Aug. 29, 2025 that approve a takeover bid to be made by Motherson Global Investments B.V. for shares of the Company, which aims for a subsequent delisting of the shares.
