Details of Reason
As a result of the examination pertaining to the continued listing criteria (market capitalization) as of the record date, TSE has confirmed that the company(ies) listed in "(1) Issue Name" above do not comply with the continued listing criteria. Because of this, TSE has decided to delist their stock(s) and has therefore designated them as Securities to Be Delisted.
5. Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
Stocks indicated as "Excluded" under "Securities in Lieu of Money" in "(1) Issue Name" above will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Apr. 1, 2026 (Wed.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin transactions and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
