Details of Reason
The stock of FTGroup CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) was scheduled to be delisted on Oct. 1, 2026 (Thu.), following TSE’s decision on June 3, 2026 that the Company fell under Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item (1) (Nonconformity to continued listing criteria) of the Securities Listing Regulations.
The Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of HIKARI TSUSHIN,INC. (Code: 9435, Market Segment: Prime Market) through a share exchange effective Aug. 1, 2026 (Sat.). Accordingly, TSE will change the delisting date to July 30, 2026 (Thu.).
