Feb. 12, 2021 TSE Designation of Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation): CSOP FTSE CHINA A50 ETF
TSE has designated an issue as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) as follows.

| ２．Period of Designation as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) | From Feb. 12, 2021 (Fri.) to the day when TSE determines whether the ETF has fallen under the delisting criteria |
| Provision | Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1115, Paragraph 1, Item (13) (Due to TSE deeming that the issue is likely to fall under the case where a deposit agreement or any other agreement pertaining to listed foreign ETF trust beneficiary certificates will be terminated.) |
| ３．Reason | Today, the management company pertaining to CSOP FTSE CHINA A50 ETF (hereinafter "the ETF") made a decision concerning an amendment to the trust agreement pertaining to the ETF that will make the trust period expire on Jun. 10, 2021 and announced said decision. If the number of beneficiary right units held by the beneficiaries who object to the amendment to the trust agreement during the period for objections does not exceed half of the total number of beneficiary right units, the ETF will be delisted on Jun. 9, 2021. As such, TSE deems that it is likely that the ETF will be delisted and thus has designated the ETF as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation). The redemption of the remaining assets of the ETF after the termination of the trust is scheduled to be conducted by payment of money. |
