TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.

| （５）Details of Reason | Samantha Thavasa Japan Limited (hereinafter "the Company") did not file an application pertaining to examination in accordance with the initial listing examination criteria by the eighth day (excluding non-business days) after submitting its first Annual Securities Report following the end of the grace period pertaining to ceasing to be a substantial survivor due to a merger, etc. |
Notes
The Company disclosed that its general shareholders meeting approved a resolution for it becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of KONAKA CO., LTD. by a share exchange on Jul. 1, 2024 (Mon.) (the "Share Exchange")* as the effective date.
Please be informed in advance that notwithstanding the above, in the event that the Share Exchange is conducted, the Company's stock will be delisted on Jun. 27, 2024 (Thu.) in accordance with Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item (13) of the Securities Listing Regulations.
*In the Share Exchange, shares of KONAKA CO., LTD. (Code: 7494, Market segment: Standard Market) will be delivered to the shareholders of the Company as all or part of the Company's assets in lieu of the stock, etc.
２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
The stock of the Company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Jun. 11, 2024 (Tue.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin transactions and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
