(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") made the following disclosure on Jun. 30, 2025: (1) the receipt of an investigation report from a Special Investigation Committee that was established to investigate doubts about the true existence of transactions between its subsidiary and a specific business partner, as well as the asset quality of claims/receivables against said business partner, and consequent estimated amendments to past financial statements; and (2) that the Company intends to submit revision statements for past annual securities reports, etc., among other matters. Based on the Company's disclosure above, the Exchange has determined that the contents and impact of the revision statements for past annual securities reports, etc., are considered significant, and there is adequate reason to believe that the Company may have made false statements.Therefore, the Exchange has decided it will designate the Company's stock as a Security Under Supervision (Examination), due to concerns that, depending on the outcome of further examinations, it may fall under a case where the Exchange deems it difficult to maintain order in the market if the Company is not immediately delisted. |
