| ３．Details of Reason | Nippon Sheet Glass Company,Limited (hereinafter "the Company") has today announced that Lumina Japan Acquisition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Allottee") has adopted a resolution regarding a share consolidation with a ratio at which the number of shares held by shareholders other than the Allottee will be less than one share, on condition of the issuance of new shares to the Allottee through a third-party allotment (hereinafter "the Issuance of new shares") and plans to adopt a resolution to put forth an agenda item at the general shareholders meeting regarding said share consolidation. If the agenda item is approved in a resolution at the general shareholders meeting and the Issuance of new shares is implemented, the stock of the Company will be delisted. Accordingly, TSE deems that the shares are likely to be delisted and designates the shares as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation). |
