Aug. 27, 2026 TSE Potential Change in the Reason for Delisting and Delisting Date of Yamadai Corporation's Stock
Yamadai Corporation (Code: 7426, Market Segment: Standard Market) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) disclosed that, at its board of directors meeting held today, it resolved to submit the following proposals to an extraordinary general shareholders meeting to be held on Sep. 24, 2026 (Thu.): (i) a share consolidation to take effect on Sep. 30, 2026 (Wed.); (ii) the abolition of provisions concerning the number of shares constituting one unit; and (iii) modifications to its articles of incorporation.
TSE had announced on Apr. 22, 2026 (Wed.) that the Company’s stock would be delisted on Oct. 1, 2026 (Thu.) pursuant to Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item (1) of the Securities Listing Regulations (failure to meet the continued listing criteria). However, please note that, should said share consolidation be carried out, the Company’s stock will be delisted on Sep. 28, 2026 (Mon.) pursuant to Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item (18) of the Securities Listing Regulations (a reverse stock split with a split ratio at which the number of all the shares owned by shareholders other than a specified party will be less than one share).
