Due to falling under a case where the company implements a reverse stock split with a split ratio at which the number of all the shares owned by shareholders other than a specified party will be less than one share (Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item (18)) |
| （５）Details of Reason | At the general shareholders meeting of Nippon Sheet Glass Company,Limited (hereinafter "the Company") held on Jun. 26, 2026, the agenda item regarding a share consolidation with a ratio at which the number of shares held by shareholders other than Lumina Japan Acquisition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Allottee") will be less than one share, on condition of the issuance of new shares to the Allottee through a third-party allotment (hereinafter "the Issuance of new shares"), was approved. As the Issuance of new shares was implemented today, said share consolidation has become effective as of Sep. 30, 2026. |
２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
The stock of the Company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Sep. 1, 2026 (Tue.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin transactions and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
