Nov. 05, 2019 OSE Adjustment and Change on Securities Options: KEYENCE CORPORATION

 

The following changes are scheduled for shares of KEYENCE CORPORATION (Code: 6861)

•A split of common stock （one share shall be split into two shares）
Effective day: November 21, 2019

In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the following items as listed below relating to securities options based upon the above security on November 19, 2019.

The strike prices as of November 19, 2019 shall be the divided strike prices of November 18, 2019 by two (rounded off to the nearest yen.)
