Sep. 15, 2021 OSE Adjustment and Change on Securities Options: TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION

 

The following changes are scheduled for shares of TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (Code:7203)

• A split of common stock: one share shall be split into five shares
Effective day: October 1, 2021

In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the following items as listed below relating to securities options based upon the above security on September 29, 2021.

The strike prices as of September 29, 2021 shall be the divided strike prices of September 28, 2021 by five (rounded off to the nearest yen.) The open interest as of September 29, 2021 shall be the multiplied open interest of September
