Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. (“OSE”) will partially revise the Articles of Incorporations, etc. in connection with the integration of derivatives markets with Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (“TSE”) and the introduction of CNX Nifty Futures, etc. An outline of the revisions is as follows. In relation to this matter, OSE sought public comments on “Developing Rules in Connection with the Integration of Derivatives Markets”, “Partial Revision to the Daily Price Limit for JGB Futures and Options in conjunction with the Derivatives Markets Integration”, “Developing Fee Schedule in Connection with the Integration of Derivatives Markets” and “Outline of Specifications for CNX Nifty Futures”.
