- Please use TCP retransmission function to retrieve lost or skipped messages.
- The incident was caused in a part of the network device of information distribution (arrownet).
- The situation will continue throughout the week (from Feb. 16th to 19th) but we will conduct the trading normally.
- There is no change in "4. Services affected by the incident", "5. Impact range", and "7. User's action required.
