Preparation of IR event transcripts and translation (Provided by SCRIPTS Asia K.K.)

Based on partner contracts with listed companies, SCRIPTS Asia K.K. (hereinafter referred to as SCRIPTS Asia) participates in events such as financial results briefings, ESG briefings, medium-term management plan briefings, and general shareholders meetings, and produces comprehensive transcripts in Japanese and English. Audio data and Japanese and English transcripts will be distributed to investors by SCRIPTS Asia and its affiliated distribution channel partners.
(Transcripts provided to listed companies are generally free of charge, but English translations may be provided for a fee, taking into consideration market capitalization, demand from investors, and other factors.)
Transcripts will be provided through a portal site for listed companies. Once provided, the transcripts can be freely used – for instance, posted on their corporate websites (freely edited and modified) and distributed at individual meetings with institutional investors.

IR Communication Platform (Provided by Minsetsu, Inc.)

Minsetsu, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Minsetsu) operates an IR communication platform called “The Shareholders’ Result Briefing Schedule,” which provides several services including a system to provide information on financial results briefings and coordinate the scheduling of interviews between investors, securities companies, and listed companies. The service is used more than 25,000 times annually (FY2022 data). Minsetsu also provides IR support services to listed companies, including provision of investor demographic information and support for holding online briefings.
With over 2,500 institutional investor users and 2,000 securities company users (as of 2022), this service can be used to create contacts with institutional investors by providing information on financial results briefings and arranging individual interviews with institutional investors.

JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Minsetsu to promote dialogue between domestic and foreign listed companies and investors through Minsetsu’s IR communication platform.
