- ・Stock information related to delisting will be posted by the next business day after the delisting decision date. However, companies that are delisted without being designated as stocks to be delisted due to becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of another listed company or merging with another listed company will, in principle, be posted two weeks before the date of delisting.
- ・Data on companies delisted more than 11 years ago is not available on this page.
- ・Regarding the description in the “Reason” column when a company is delisted due to an acquisition, the following applies:
* When delisting occurs as a result of a stock swap or share transfer, it is stated as “Becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of (name of the wholly owning parent company)”.
* When delisting occurs through acquisition procedures other than the above, the description is as follows:
If the timely disclosure by the listed company indicates that it is an MBO, it is stated as “MBO”.
If the disclosure indicates that the acquirer is a controlling shareholder, parent company, or other affiliated company (including acquisitions through their group companies), it is stated as “Acquisition by controlling shareholder, etc.”.
In all other cases, it is stated as “Acquisition by another company”.
* In parentheses, the name of the corporate action implemented for the purpose of delisting is indicated.
