JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "JPXI") established the governance, processes and controls to comply with the IOSCO Principles and has expressed its compliance with the IOSCO Principles in the “Statement of Compliance with the IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks”. PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata LLC has provided independent reasonable assurance on the governance, processes and controls established by JPXI to comply with the IOSCO Principles.
