Progress of discussions between JSCC and JGBCC regarding the merger

On March 7, 2013, Japan Securities Clearing Corporation and Japan Government Bond Clearing Corporation announced the start of discussions on a merger. This is to notify the status of progress of discussions regarding the merger since the previous announcement.
