Tokyo – June 25, 2013 –JSCC today announced that JSCC and JGBCC made a resolution in the respective Board of Directors meetings on June 25, 2013 to conduct a stock swap agreement and merger agreement on the assumption that approval will be received in the general shareholders meeting and entered into an agreement of stock swap and merger.
