JSCC amended the article of incorporation & the payment of class shares was finished

This is to notify that, in the process of the merger with Japan Government Bond Clearing Corporation scheduled on October 1, and the launch of Japanese Government Bonds Over-the-Counter Transactions clearing business associated thereto, Japan Securities Clearing Corporation has amended its Articles of Incorporation and allocated new shares to a third party, the closing of which has completed today.
