【On August 24】 Judgement by JSCC pertaining to ad hoc modification of SPAN Parameters (the Nikkei Stock Average group, TOPIX group and Nikkei 225 VI group)

Today’s closing values of Nikkei Stock Average, TOPIX and Nikkei 225 VI group’s underlying assets from the previous day exceeded the base values of Price Scan Range　(Nikkei Stock Average group：780yen, TOPIX group ：58.5Pt, Nikkei 225 VI group：4.25Pt). JSCC will recalculate SPAN parameters for the Nikkei Stock Average group, TOPIX group and Nikkei 225 VI group and will determine whether ad hoc modification of SPAN Parameters is necessary or not.
We will announce by 5:30 p.m. the results of the judgment and modified SPAN parameters (if any).
