"Japanese CDS Market Seminar - Celebrating 10th Anniversary of CDS Clearing Launch" was held

On July 16, 2021, JPX Group and JSCC held a Webinar: "Japanese CDS Market Seminar".
At this 7th CDS seminar we held, speakers active in the front lines of the CDS Market were invited to give speeches on topics, such as impacts the market experienced from COVID-19, how they see future market environment and how they utilize CDS.
We had many attendees from financial institutions and institutional investors, etc. participated in the seminar.
Moreover, as CDS clearing has reached the 10th anniversary since the launch in July 2011, we looked back on our efforts to date and increase in the clearing values, and expressed our appreciation to the market stakeholders who have been providing continued support and cooperation since the preparation phase before launch.
JSCC will keep refining clearing services going forward, incorporating opinions of the parties involved, and is committed to continuing our efforts in vitalization of the CDS market.
