Enhancing Corporate Governance
Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) conducts a comprehensive analysis of the corporate governance situation of TSE listed companies and issues the "TSE Listed Companies White Paper on Corporate Governance."
For the purpose of reporting and publicizing current progress of the corporate governance efforts of listed companies, the "White Paper" is issued biennially after "TSE Listed Companies White Paper on Corporate Governance 2007" was issued in March of 2007.
In addition to the analysis of statistical data on corporate governance, the "White Paper" introduces examples of disclosures that are considered to provide investor-friendly information regarding the status of responses to the Corporate Governance Code and related initiatives.
