Enhancing Corporate Governance
Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) conducts a comprehensive analysis of the corporate governance situation of TSE listed companies and issues the "TSE Listed Companies White Paper on Corporate Governance."
For the purpose of reporting and publicizing current progress of the corporate governance efforts of listed companies, the "White Paper" is issued biennially after "TSE Listed Companies White Paper on Corporate Governance 2007" was issued in March of 2007.
In the "TSE-Listed Companies White Paper on Corporate Governance 2021" analysis is conducted in consideration of recent progress in corporate governance reform related to Japanese companies, including the revision of the the Japan's Corporate Governance Code.
