List of Companies That Have Been Given a Grace Period of English Disclosures

Companies listed on the Prime Market will be required to simultaneously disclose financial results and timely disclosure information in Japanese and English from April 1, 2025. However, for companies listed on the Prime Market prior to the enforcement date which have submitted a document predetermined by TSE stating an estimated implementation date for English disclosure by March 14, 2025, the obligation to make an English disclosure will be postponed until March 31, 2026. Below is a list of companies that have submitted the above-mentioned document.
