The below is a list of companies that have been permitted to extend deadlines for filing of Annual Securities Reports and the documents that accompany them under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other applicable laws and regulations.

Companies with Ongoing Permission to Extend Submission Deadlines (Listed Foreign Companies)

The following listed foreign companies have ongoing permission to extend their deadlines for submission of semiannual securities reports due to having been found “not able to submit the semiannual securities report by the due date for submission due to the applicant's state laws and regulations or practices concerning the accounts of companies (limited to the case where such applicant is a foreign company) or inevitable grounds” as stipulated in the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs.
