A listed foreign company is required to continuously satisfy the criteria prescribed below. (Rule 502, Paragraph 1 of the Securities Listing Regulations)

Trading Status At the end of the fiscal year any of the following is applicable to the listed foreign stock, etc., and it has been deemed that the trading status is adequately favorable. At the end of the fiscal year any of the following is applicable to the listed foreign stock, etc., and it has been deemed that the trading status is favorable. At the end of the fiscal year any of the following is applicable to the listed foreign stock, etc., and it has been deemed that the trading status is favorable.
a. When the company satisfies the following (a) and (b):
    （a）Number of listed shares, etc. is 20,000 units or more
    （b）Market capitalization is JPY 10 billion or more

b. When it is deemed, taking into account matters regarding (a) and (b) listed below, that the trading status of said stock, etc. on foreign financial instruments exchanges, etc. is adequately favorable:
（a）Number of persons who hold more than one trading unit of the stocks, etc. of the listed foreign company that are traded on a foreign financial instruments exchange, etc., and the number of said stocks, etc. held by such persons
（b）Status of executed trades for stocks, etc. listed on foreign financial instruments exchanges, etc.		 a. When the company satisfies the following (a) and (b):
（a）Number of listed shares, etc. is 2,000 units or more
（b）Market capitalization is JPY 1 billion or more

b. When it is deemed, taking into account matters regarding (a) and (b) listed below, that the trading status of said stock, etc. on foreign financial instruments exchanges, etc. is favorable:
（a）Number of persons who hold more than one trading unit of the stocks, etc. of the listed foreign company that are traded on a foreign financial instruments exchange, etc., and the number of said stocks, etc. held by such persons
（b）Status of executed trades for stocks, etc. listed on foreign financial instruments exchanges, etc.		 a. When the company satisfies the following (a) and (b):

（b）Market capitalization is JPY 0.5 billion or more

（b）Status of executed trades for stocks, etc. listed on foreign financial instrument exchanges, etc.
