June 12: TSE Conducts Surveys of Listed Companies and Institutional Investors

Starting from June 12, and running until July 17, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) is conducting a survey of listed companies with questions including what they expect and request of investors, as well as a survey of institutional investors on companies demonstrating meaningful progress.
The results of the survey of listed companies will be widely shared with investors to serve as a reference for promoting more effective dialogue. We also plan to incorporate the survey findings into our future communications and corporate support measures.
As for the survey of institutional investors, we will compile a document naming the companies that were mentioned in the survey responses and describing why they were highly evaluated. This will be published as “companies whose progress is highly evaluated by investors,” to serve as motivation for companies to further accelerate their efforts.

June 29: Launch of the “J-LENS” Series of AI-Powered Services for Utilizing Disclosure Information

JPX Market Innovation and Research, Inc. (JPXI) has launched the “J-LENS” series of AI-powered services for utilizing disclosure information. We have restructured the J-LENS beta version—which provided a new method of information discovery through natural language search—and are now rolling it out as a practical service that supports the “leverage” of information, including comparison and analysis.
For corporate information, including disclosure materials, the services aims to improve the quality and speed of information utilization in practical business operations by supporting users not only in “finding the necessary information,” but also in “comparing,” “identifying trends,” and “gaining insights to aid decision-making.”

OSE Summer Events for 2026 (June – August)

Osaka Exchange, Inc. (OSE) has again this year decorated its first-floor atrium with large branches of bamboo. By setting up these “Tanabata Wish” trees, a deeply rooted custom in Japanese society, we aim to familiarize a wide range of people with the exchange. The branches are adorned with strips of paper on which children from local kindergartens and elementary schools, and visiting members of the general public have written their wishes.
We are also holding parent-child economics classes in Kitahama and Nara, in addition to Tokyo, over the summer vacation.
In addition, OSE plans to host the JPX Kitahama Festa 2026 on August 30. We are preparing a variety of seminars that children and adults across all generations can enjoy, to bring you a day full of opportunities to experience finance and economics firsthand.
Highlights of the events will be posted on official JPX social media accounts.
