Council of Experts Concerning the Revision of the Quarterly Disclosure System
A council of experts has been established to ensure that operations are in line with the aims for integration of quarterly disclosures that were specified in The Working Group on Corporate Disclosure of the Financial System Council report in June and December 2022. It will hold discussions while taking into full consideration the opinions of investors, listed companies, academics, and other market users.

Practical Policy Concerning the Revision of the Quarterly Disclosure System
Based on the considerations of the council, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. compiled and published the “Practical Policy Concerning the Revision of the Quarterly Disclosure System” on November 22, 2023.

TSE carried out a public consultation from December 18, 2023 to January 17, 2024 concerning revisions to the listing rules in accordance with the revision of the quarterly disclosure system.
