TDnet API Service
TDnet API Service is a direct distribution service that provides timely disclosure information of the nation's listed companies etc. from JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc.'s information provision system via the Internet. Subscribers can acquire directly timely disclosure information for the past five years by sending requests, unlike TDnet Server-Based Services where installing dedicated communications lines are required. (Information can be acquired faster via TDnet Server-Based Services.)

Main Usage
Redistribution of information to third parties
The information acquired via TDnet API Service can be redistributed to third parties.
Usage of middle office and back office operations
For issues and disclosure information that require attention during operations, relevant disclosure information can be automatically acquired and accumulated. Continuous checks with TDnet and information terminals will not be necessary, thereby reducing operational load and risk.
Utilization of natural language processing
When analyzing timely disclosure information through natural language processing, etc., it is possible to easily get the information needed for analysis.
Utilization of trading business
XBRL and index information distributed in real time can be imported into your computer and utilized for the mechanical trading system.

Test Server
For verification purposes, the URL and access key of the test server are provided in the above Swagger specification, so please feel free to try it out. Please note the following points when verifying the APIs.
- You can execute the APIs on the above Swagger specification. You can also check the example request (Curl) in the Swagger specification, so please use it as a reference when generating commands.
- The responses of the test server for both "Index API" and "Document API" are dummy data.
- The dummy data of "Index API" is three stocks (code: 10000, 20000, 30000). On the production server, conditions can be specified by "code", "date of disclosure", and "correction/deletion flag", but on the test server, these conditions cannot be specified and the responses are always fixed.
- The dummy data of the "Document API" is one file. On the production server, conditions can be specified by "disclosure number" and "file type" (Full-text information PDF, Summary information PDF, XBRL-related file), but on the test server, these conditions cannot be specified and the responses are always fixed with "responseType" of "1" (fileData). The responses with "responseType" of "2" (fileURL) cannot be confirmed.
Usage Fee (excluding tax)
The usage fee consists of 2 components: Basic Fee and API Information Fee.

Depending on the number of timely disclosure materials acquired during the month, charges will be incurred. If the user acquires up to 15,000 timely disclosure materials, the API Information Fee will be JPY240,000. For the acquisition of index information (table of contents information for timely disclosure information), the API Information Fee will not be charged (Please refer to the Service Guide for details).
