List of Companies That Meet the Conditions for a Mandatory Interim Review

The following is a list of listed companies that meet any of the conditions listed in Rule 405, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations (hereinafter referred to as "conditions for a mandatory review") and are obligated to undergo an interim review by a certified public accountant or audit firm for a quarterly financial statement of a quarterly earnings report (excluding second quarter earnings reports).

  • ･TSE will post a list of listed companies that, to the best of its knowledge, meet the conditions for a mandatory review by the third business day of each month.
  • ･"Date of Obligation" indicates the date that a listed company meets the conditions for a mandatory review (or the earliest date if there is more than one date of obligation in a fiscal year).
  • ･Since this is a list of companies that meet the conditions for a mandatory review, it includes companies that will not be required to undergo an interim review, such as those that meet the conditions after disclosing their third quarter earnings reports.
