The following is a report on the cause of the incident and steps that the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("the TSE" below) will take to prevent a recurrence in the future.
The TSE is fully committed to taking all steps necessary to prevent the occurrence of a similar event in the future, and appreciate the cooperation of all market participants in the operation of the TSE's markets.
