Scheduled Dates of Earnings Releases Information
Service Overview
JPX Market Innovation＆ Research, Inc. (JPXI) provides CSV files that list the scheduled dates of the earnings releases that listed companies, REITs, and infrastructure funds listed on TSE (collectively referred to as "TSE-listed Companies, Etc.") periodically provide Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).（*）
We have posted and provided Excel files free of charge on the "Scheduled Dates for Earnings Announcements" page of our website (Excel files are available on the Japanese page.). Those Excel files have been posted at the beginning of the month following the end of the corresponding fiscal period, and have been updated as necessary thereafter. The files have also been separated according to the fiscal period of the companies. However, this service provides more frequent updates (the latest information is provided every business day) and lists all fiscal periods in a single file, making it more timely and convenient to use.
- In order to enable investors and information intermediaries to collect financial information efficiently, TSE asks TSE-listed Companies, Etc. to report the scheduled date of earnings releases by the 25th of the month that includes the closing date and the end date of each quarter. Please note that the scheduled release date of earnings reports may be listed as "undetermined," or may be changed due to individual company circumstances.

Data provided through this service is as follows:

| ・Based on the information TSE-listed Companies, Etc. provide TSE by the day before the data provision date, TSE provides service users with a list of the scheduled dates of earnings releases from TSE-listed Companies, Etc. every business day. Note that the exact time that the earnings releases will be released will not be provided. | ・JPXI provides users with a list of the scheduled dates for earnings releases that TSE-listed Companies, Etc. have provided TSE in the past for a period designated by the user (JPXI can provide data from September 2014 onward). Fee Structure
The fee structure for daily and historical data is as follows (tax not included):

Terms and Conditions
Users can apply to use this Service by agreeing to the “Terms of Conditions for JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. Information Services” entering into a contract with JPXI.
Sample Data
For the time being, JPXI will be providing three years of historical data, from 2021 to 2023, free of charge so potential users can see what kind of data is available.
The service is available free of charge for up to three months from the date the sample data is provided, so please apply if you are interested in this service.
We have prepared sample data that that does not require application so potential users can easily check the format. Please feel free to obtain it from the following link.

Japan Key Events Date Feed（Provided by SCRIPTS Asia）
SCRIPTS Asia, a wholly owned subsidiary of JPXI, provides an API of the service to provide both the scheduled dates of earnings releases provided by JPXI along with IR events information such as earnings briefings, a SCRIPTS Asia service.
This service offers the following data via centralized API (*).
- The past scheduled dates of earnings releases for approximately 10 years (history of the scheduled dates of earnings releases reported to TSE by TSE-listed companies, Etc. in the past)
- The latest information, updated daily, on the scheduled dates of earnings releases by TSE-listed companies, Etc.
- SCRIPTS Asia’s IR events information such as earnings briefings, from over 6 years (approximately 1,200 listed companies are covered but the historical data periods differ for each company.).
- SCRIPTS Asia’s latest IR events information, such as earnings briefings, updated as needed (approximately 1,200 listed companies are covered.).
- In addition, full transcripts of the IR event are available as an optional service.
