Dec. 12, 2018 TSE Public Inspection of Improvement Status Report: FALTEC Co.,Ltd.
An Improvement Status Report has been made available for public inspection as follows.

| ３．Reason for Submission | FALTEC Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed an investigation result of the special investigation committee concerning inappropriate accounting treatment by the Company and corrections to past earnings reports, etc. on Mar. 13, 2018. This was a case of inappropriate disclosure arising from deficiencies in the Company's organizational structure for conducting appropriate timely disclosure, and improvements to the organizational structure were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE required the Company to submit a report containing the background of the issue and improvement measures. As required after six months from the submission of the Improvement Report, the Company has submitted a report on the status of implementation and operation of the improvement measures ("Improvement Status Report"). |
