Oct. 27, 2022 TSE Analysis of Annual General Shareholders Meetings Held in June 2022 in Relation to Facilitating Shareholders’ Exercise of Voting Rights

Every year, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) conducts an Annual General Shareholders Meeting Survey of TSE-listed companies whose fiscal year ends in March.

This year, TSE has carried out analysis on the responses to this survey as well as the results of annual general shareholders meetings held in June 2022, looking at several aspects of how they were carried out and predictions for future trends. Please see the attached document for details.
