Jan. 15, 2019 TSEOSE Ten Consecutive Non-business Days in 2019 (For Investors)

A decree that designates the day of the new Emperor's Accession to the Throne and the day of the Enthronement Ceremony as national holidays (Act No. 99 of 2018) has been promulgated and enforced. Accordingly, the period from April 27 to May 6, 2019 shall be ten (10) consecutive non-business days at TSE and OSE.

Please be advised that investors will NOT be able to conduct transactions at TSE and OSE. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your securities company.

Also, this will be the first time for the TSE and OSE market to experience such a prolonged streak of non-business days. Thus, we will closely monitor market activities before and after said period and implement thorough surveillance on market manipulation and other such unfair trading in our efforts to secure market reliability.
