Mar. 16, 2023 TSE Prohibition of Market Orders for Trading on the Initial Listing Date

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. will prohibit market orders (bids and offers) on the day of initial listing for newly listed issues (only IPO issues) on or after June 26, 2023.
This revision aims to limit the excessive stock volatility range in unstable supply-demand conditions based on the points raised in the "Report of the Working Group on the Public Offering Price Setting Process" published by the Japan Securities Dealers Association on February 28, 2022
