Sep. 14, 2015 TSE Calculation of TSE Indices in relation to shares of Red Planet Japan,Inc. (3350)

 

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. announced today that although the third party allotment conducted by Red Planet Japan,Inc.(JASDAQ,3350）may occur over several share issues during the period of September 24, 2015, to September 28, 2015, all new shares issued through this allotment (scheduled to be 18,315,400) will be included in the number of listed shares used to calculate the index at the same time. The new shares will be added after the close of trading on the 4th business day after the last additional listing (2nd business day after the final payment). In case all scheduled shares are not issued during the payment period, only the new shares issued will be included after the close of trading on October 6, 2015.
