1. Constituent Change In TOPIX New Index Series etc.

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) will make changes to the constituents of the TOPIX New Index Series etc, on October 31, 2017 (the close of trading on October 30, 2017) as follows.
Component stocks of the indices are reviewed and it is conducted annually in October.

2. Periodic FFW Review

The periodic FFW review for the listed companies for which the accounting period falls within January 1, 2017 - March 31, 2017 will be effective on October 31, 2017 (the close of trading on October 30, 2017). TSE calculates FFW at the periodic review based on the securities reports as described the “Free Float Weight Calculation Methodology”. Today TSE announced the result of the periodic FFW review via Index Data Services. For more information about Index Data Services, please refer to the following URL.
