Oct. 15, 2021 TSE Index Calculation in relation to shares of JAPAN POST HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. (6178)

 

The shares of JAPAN POST HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Code: 6178) held by the Ministry of Finance of Japan (MoF) were not originally included in the number of listed shares to be used for index calculation at this moment, in response to the secondary share offering by JAPAN POST HOLDINGS Co., Ltd, the listed shares in the secondary share offering will be added in TSE indices as follows;

Adjustment Date: Delivery date
Additional Number of Shares Used for Index Calculation: 1,027,477,400 shares (the total number of shares to be offered).
Note: If the number of shares to be offered is changed on the Pricing Date, the number of Shares Used for Index Calculation will be updated.

In case the total number sold at the closing of offering differentiates from the above number, the differentials will be reflected in the " Additional Number of Shares Used for Index Calculation " on November 30, 2021(the close of trading on November 29, 2021).

The information to be provided for a fee through the Tokyo Market Information service is scheduled to be provided on the business day following the Pricing Date.
