Sep. 14, 2016 OSE Adjustment and Change on Security Options: The Japan Steel Works,Ltd.
The following changes are scheduled for shares of The Japan Steel Works, Ltd. (Code: 5631)
•A reverse split of common stock (five shares shall be consolidated into one share )
Effective day: October 1, 2016
•The trading unit shall be changed from 1,000 to 100 shares
Day of amendment: October 1, 2016
In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the following items as listed below relating to security options based upon the above security on September 28, 2016.
