Dec. 21, 2016 OSE Important Matters concerning Security Options based upon TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K.
In today's extraordinary shareholders' meeting, TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. (code: 5012) resolved to a share exchange with JX Holdings,Inc. After Tokyo Stock Exchange announces the delisting of TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. stocks, the date of that delisting shall be the date of delisting for Individual Options.
Furthermore, after the delisting date is decided, we will not set strike prices for a new contract month and the all last trading days and exercise days for contract months which are set on or after one day prior to the delisting shall be set for an earlier date.
Once the delisting date is decided we will make notification concerning details on how to handle the Individual Options.
Note: X day is the delisting date
