May 15, 2023 OSE Certification Received for Nikkei 225 micro Futures

Osaka Exchange, Inc. (OSE) is pleased to announce that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has certified under CFTC Rule 30.13 that Nikkei 225 micro Futures may be offered or sold to U.S. persons, at the end of CFTC business day of May 1, 2023 (U.S. EDT).
Upon OSE’s plan to launch Nikkei 225 micro Futures on May 29, 2023, OSE has requested for certification to the CFTC in order to expand opportunities for the investors.
