Revisions to the Business Regulations and Other Rules Concerning Development of Rules Concerning Trading Participants' Entrustment of Order Placement with Other Trading Participants December 20, 2023 Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. I. Purpose Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) will partially revise its Business Regulations and other rules. The revised rules will take effect on January 4, 2024 (for details, please refer to the Comparison Tables of Old and New Rules and Regulations.) These revisions are being made to clarify that trading participants can place orders via other trading participants instead of directly placing orders on TSE, so that they can provide services flexibly and accurately in response to the diverse needs of their customers.
